IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT
We want to make sure your appointment with us is COVID safe and comfortable, therefore here is our pocedures and things to know before coming,
What you need to do and know:
If you haven't already done so on booking, we require you to fill in the COVID 19 pre-screening form before attending. Your therapist will be in touch with you about this direct.
Please bring your own face covering for supine (face up on couch) work. We can supply one for a £1 surcharge should you forget yours.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 mins before your appointment time.
If you are new to us your therapist will contact you by phone or email in advance to discuss your appointment and send over a consultation form to be completed before you come.
We are unable to overun your appointment, therefore make sure you are on time. If you are late we will still require full payment.
We ask that you leave promptly so we can clean and prepare for the next appointment.
The guidelines require that we keep contact time to a minimum therefore there are no 90-minute appointments and your appointment slot allows 5-10mins for changing and self care demonstrations (from a 2mtr distance)
You must sanitise your hands, with the sanitiser provided, before entering our treatment room.
Please attend your appointment alone, exceptions are made for health reasons, please contact us prior to when booking.
We cannot allow your children to attend with you at this time.
We prefer to be paid by BACS or Paypal prior to your appointment. Cash is also acceptable, please make sure you bring the correct amount.
Card is available with most, but not all therapists. Your therapist will discuss payment options with you prior to arrival.
Please bring your own water bottle if required.
We are unable to do any intra-oral jaw/TMJ work at this time.
Late cancellation due to illness will not be charged.
Please do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell whether COVID-19 symptoms or not and inform us as soon as you are aware.
You MUST contact us if you develop COVID-19 symptoms or test positive within 14 days after your appointment
