Established in 2006, we specialise in Sports, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release Massage for muscular skeletal pain, tension, dysfunction and general de-stress.

Our team of nine therapists are highly qualified and experienced in Clinical, Sports and Deep tissue Massage and Advanced Myofascial release.

We are open 7 days a week from our dedicated practice in the centre of Dorking High Street.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is our most popular treatment as it is perfect for both relieving muscular pain and tension to also being a relaxing full body treatment.

DTM uses slow, deep and broad massage strokes as well as more specific trigger point & soft tissue release.

DTM can help reduce pain for conditions such as headaches, trapped nerve pain, sciatica and much more.

Sports Massage

Sports massage uses techniques that are designed to help correct muscle imbalances caused from repetitive, strenuous physical activity.

We use techniques such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue release and advanced stretching.

The benefits of regular treatment  include prevention and aid recovery from injury as well as keeping the muscles supple and working efficiently.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is more specialist treatment that is ideal for chronic pain and dysfunction.  It works directly with the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds every muscle fiber, joint, tendon, ligament, nerve and organ.

MFR addresses the body as a whole which takes into account the compensation patterns developed

from previous injuries, scar tissue, trauma and repetitive postural pain which can build up fascial restrictions.

Our clinical training and experience means we can help with a wide range of conditions, some of which include :

  • Sciatica and nerve entrapment
  • Thoracic outlet syndrome
  • Herniated / prolapse disc
  • Sports injuries
  • Calf and achilles pain/injury
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Headaches & migraines
  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • Frozen shoulder and Shoulder impingment
  • Lower back and sacroiliac joint pain
  • Fibromyalgia and auto-immune disorders
  • Chronic pain

Each treatment is individually tailored to suit you and your medical history with a full consultation taken on the first appointment.

Please note we do not diagnose conditions and should you have any concerns we advise you to see your GP prior to booking.
