Deep Tissue Massage

By far our most popular treatment, Deep Tissue Massage uses various techniques that is designed to release and relieve muscle pain and tension.

Sports Massage

Incorporating deep tissue and stretching techniques, tailored to individual requirements, sports massage is an essential part of all fitness regimes and can help with both injury prevention and recovery.

Myofascial Release

MFR is a specialist technique that works with fascia (connective tissue) which has become 'stuck' and restricting movement.

It can be ideal for chronic pain, increasing range of movement and flexibility and pain such as fibromylagia.
