She has conducted research on clinical massage for Tension-Type Headaches and has a particular interest in supporting clients with Migraines, Headaches, Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and other persistent conditions.

Tina brings nearly 40 years of healthcare experience to her clinical practice, having originally specialised in Oncology and Palliative Care at St George’s Hospital, London.

Her postgraduate research focused on the integration of complementary therapies into cancer care, helping to shape the complementary therapy service she went on to manage at St George’s.

Tina has trained with leading specialists including Willie Fourie, Sharon Wheeler and Emma Holly.

Her interests include scar rehabilitation, lymphatic conditions and post-operative recovery, where she combines her extensive medical background with complementary therapy skills to provide highly specialised, patient-centred care.

Following a successful career in banking, Heather retrained to focus on her interest in sport and holistic treatments, spending years in Europe managing and treating alpine ski athletes as well as helping run teaching courses in the UK for therapeutic massage.

Over the past 10 years her clinical focus has shifted to lymphatics. From scar therapy, wellness, pre and post op MLD and lymphoedema Management.

Heather has trained with leading organisations and keeps current with the latest scientific developments. She incorporates Deep Oscillation Therapy, K-taping and compression garment fitting into treatments when appropriate.

Heather also offers home visits.
