Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment with one of the independent therapists at Surrey Massage Clinic. By booking online, through our reception service, or directly with the therapist, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Service Provider Information: Surrey Massage Clinic (the clinic) and this website serve as a platform to facilitate the scheduling of massage appointments with one of the independent self employed massage therapists who operate here. By booking an appointment you are in direct contract with the independent therapist and not the clinic. The massage service is provided by the Independent therapist and not the clinic, therefore the clinic is not responsible for the actual massage sessions.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Our booking system allows you to schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments with the independent massage therapist. Please review their cancellation and rescheduling policies, as they may vary by independent therapist. However, we ask you to respect that the independent therapists are self-employed and at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling your appointment is both respectful and common sense. The independent therapist and clinic reserve the right to refuse all future appointments for no-contact no-shows. We strongly suggest you contact your therpaist for their terms and conditions.

3. Payment: Payment for massage services is handled directly by the massage therapist at the time of your appointment. We do not process payments through our booking system or via telephone. If you want to pay in advance you will need to arrange that directly with the therapist.

4. Privacy: Your personal information, including contact details and any information you give us when scheduling an appointment, is treated with the utmost confidentiality and information given on the booking system is visable by all independant therapists and admin at the clinic and GDPR compliant.  The information given to the independent massage therapist upon consultation is their responsibility and it is their responsibility to be compliant with GDPR and any concerns you have should be directed to the independent therapist. The clinic is not liable for their record keeping.

5. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide through our booking system is accurate and complete and information you provide such as comments when booking is visable by all independant therapists and admin. We strongly suggest you do not disclose any confidential medical information when booking online. You also agree to use our platform for lawful purposes and to respect the terms and conditions set by the massage therapist you book with.

6. Liability: The clinic is not liable for any injuries, issues, or disputes that may arise during or after a massage session scheduled at the clinic. Any concerns or complaints should be directed to the independant massage therapist in question.

7. Refusal of appointment: The clinic and the independent massage therapist reserve the right to refuse appointments.

8. Changes to Policies: The clinic reserves the right to update or modify these policies without prior notice. Please review them periodically.

By booking an appointment whether online, directly with the therapist, or through our reception service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to abide by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree please cancel your appointment and contact us to remove your details from our system.
