Deep Oscilliation Therapy

Deep Oscillation Therapy (DOT) Is a wonderful addition to bodywork. It aims to improve the outcomes from  massage and MLD.  It works by creating an electrostatic field via the therapists hands which has a direct action on the connective tissue.

The client feels a gentle, pleasant, deep vibration in the skin and tissues beneath. The treatment can also be applied via soft pads. 

DOT can help alleviate pain; reduce inflammation; help manage lymphoedema/lipoedema and reduce fibrosis in scar tissue. it can also enhance facial rejuvenation (natural facelift).
