Danielle has been in practice since 2003 bringing over two decades of experience to her treatments. Her work blends advanced myofascial and clinical techniques with a deep understanding of the body’s fascial and nervous systems.
She has conducted research on the impact of clinical massage for Tension-Type Headaches and has a particular interest in supporting clients with Migraines, Headaches, Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and other persistent conditions for help with pain relief, postural issues, stress recovery, or long-term management of complex conditions.

Zuzana has been practising massage therapy since 2015, although competent for many MSK conditions, her speciality is
Jaw pain, Headaches and TMJ disorders.
Zuzana has conducted research into the effects of Myofascial Release on shoulder pain, and has gone on to study TMJ disorders using advanced intra-oral and fascial techniques.
She regularly works with clients experiencing musculoskeletal issues, jaw pain, Migraines and headaches, postural dysfunction, stress-related tension, and long-term conditions such as fibromyalgia and nerve entrapments. Her treatments are tailored, thorough, and clinically informed.

Jen works at the clinic on Tuesday afternoon/evening and Saturdays and also offers home visits (contact her direct) depending on location.
Cancellation Policy
In the instance that you need to cancel your appointment please provide 24-48hrs’ notice. Less
than 24hrs’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee unless able to reschedule atthe time. This assists Jen in being able to offer cancelled slots to other clients or prospective
clients.

With nearly 40 years of healthcare experience, Tina is a registered nurse who originally specialised in Oncology and Palliative Care at St George’s Hospital, London.
Her passion for holistic healthcare led her to complete a BSc (Hons) in Health Studies and an MSc in Complementary Therapy Studies, contributing to the development of integrated cancer care services. Tina now combines her medical background with advanced complementary skills, offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Scar Therapy, Clinical Massage, Deep Oscillation Therapy, Oncology Massage, Aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Tina has trained with leading experts including Willie Fourie, Sharon Wheeler, and Emma Holly, and now teaches scar therapy techniques nationwide.
Her clinical focus includes scar rehabilitation, lymphatic conditions, and post-operative recovery.
Tina works alternate Thursdays at the clinic and also from her home clinic in Capel.

Nicole is a skilled sports therapy and rehabilitation professional and head sport therapist at Cobham FC. With a strong focus on movement, recovery and overall wellbeing, she works with clients of all backgrounds and activity levels and specialises in musculoskeletal injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sports/remedial massage.
She has extensive experience supporting everyday clients as well as those with more physically demanding or active lifestyles, including rebuilding and hands-on treatment for athletic clients.
Nicole delivers evidence-based, personalised care to help each client move more comfortably, build strength, and return confidently to the activities of their everyday life by aiming to address muscular tension and imbalances, improve mobility, and enhance functional strength.
